This is where it all started. Our Traditional Biltong is made exactly the way our grandparents made it – with patience, quality ingredients, and recipes that have stood the test of time.

Each slab is hand-selected, marinated in our signature blend of coriander, pepper, salt, and vinegar, then air-dried slowly to develop that deep, rich flavour that true biltong lovers crave.
